Messages on the Dashboard

The Messages tab contains all of your feedback messages in a table listing in-depth info about each piece of feedback.

You can:

  • Click a message to highlight it in the At a glance panel. Once a message is highlighted in the At a glance panel, you can respond to or edit your feedback—learn more about managing your feedback messages.

  • If you want to manage your feedback in an external application you can export your feedback to an Excel sheet.

  • Choose which columns to show/ hide so you can easily compare multiple pieces of feedback. Click the icon in the bottom-right of the Messages tab to choose which columns you want to see.

If you want more details about the sentiment analysis of a piece of feedback, click it so it's highlighted in the At a glance panel. Messages in the At a glance panel are color-coded:

  • Positive insights are green

  • Negative insights are red

  • Neutral topics are blue

  • Business and legal threats are red

  • Suggestions and requests are purple
